If you contact us via the inquiry form, we process your name, email address, the website address you provide, and your message in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the inquiry has been completed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Hosting and Server Logs

When this page is accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, time of access, and browser type is processed to ensure the operation and security of the site.

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes. Only technically necessary data is processed. A consent banner is therefore not required under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act). As soon as analytics or marketing services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are integrated, a consent banner will be mandatory.

5. Fonts

Fonts from Google Fonts are loaded for display purposes. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Recommendation: integrate fonts locally before going live, which avoids this transmission.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
